Talked him through the public holiday multiplier can be set up at either company level, Location level or Employee level (last 2 buy clicking on the 3 dots).
There seems to be an issue doing it this way via the employee. Workaround is to do this via HR/Holiday Summary - until we have a fix to do it through employee
Wanted to know where the description entered on the holiday/absence screen appears. Showed him that the information is in Reports, HR, Employee Absence.
