There seems to be an issue doing it this way via the employee. Workaround is to do this via HR/Holiday Summary - until we have a fix to do it through employee
Wanted to know where the description entered on the holiday/absence screen appears. Showed him that the information is in Reports, HR, Employee Absence.
Open shifts do not need to be scheduled or confirmed to a particular employee. Any active employee can book on to a Standard Open shift using IVR or My SmartTask. If Advanced Open shifts are used then the employee will need to book on using SmartTask ...
