I can't log on, what can I do?
- Firstly check you are entering the correct user name and password.
Remember if you are both a web user and an employee on the app you will have a different log on for the app and as a web user.
- Make sure you do not have caps lock or num lock on. If in doubt web users can enter their credentials in word/notepad and check there is not an issue with their keyboard.
- Make sure you are entering the correct account key.
- For web users make sure you are using the correct URL to access the site.
- If you have locked your account it will reset after 5 minutes.
- If needed ask your office administrator to reset your password. Web users or employees with access to the employee portal can reset their password by clicking on Logged in, on the top right, choosing My Profile, then change password.

Tags are not scanning
If you press the i (information) button on the logon screen on your app, it will tell you if the NFC reader is enabled. If not please enable the NFC reader in the settings of your phone.
Dark Mode Error
Employees must logout/close the app then go into the phone settings and change from dark mode to light mode and the error will go away. If this does not stop the issue, uninstall and reinstall the app.
